Our Website is Not for Use by Children

Children are not eligible to use our website. We ask that minors (under the age of 18) only use our websites in conjunction with your parents or guardians. Children under 18 years of age should not send any information about themselves to Sabelle. If we become aware that the person submitting the information is a child, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible. Because we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under 18, we do not use or disclose such information to third parties.



SABELLE will not be obligated to accept returns. No returned item will be accepted unless a “Return Authorization” request is approved and issued by a SABELLE representative. In order to accept returns we would need to be notified within 72 hours of receipt via email or phone that the item is being returned. SABELLE will only accept returns on goods that were received damaged or were different to what was originally ordered. SABELLE would only accept items in its original package, unused unwashed unsoiled and defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.

There will also be a 20% surcharge for restocking the item. You will be credited for the products being returned when we receive and process the contents of the received parcel(s). The credit is made in the same currency & payment tender type used at the time of purchase.



Placing an order can be done by phone, in store or online? Customers that prefer to order by phone can contact (284) 541 0875. International orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 days of ordering via FedEx Economy in the Caribbean or FedEx Priority in the USA. Additionally, BVI customers placing online orders can pick up the next day at our brick and mortar facility at 159 Main Street. BVI customers can also order online and reserve the products they want and come in to the store and pay the next day.

SABELLE is commitment to processing orders as soon as possible especially those received from our international customers. In this regard, there is only a short period of 24 hours in which you may cancel your already placed order. Once this time frame has passed since the order was placed the order cannot be cancelled.
